What you can expect from us
- Our staff will be courteous, professional and take account of your individual needs
- Our staff will listen carefully, and respond to your enquiry promptly and accurately
- Your confidentiality will be respected
- Our staff dealing with our customers will wear name badges
- Our staff will be present at time agreed for appointments
- You will be notified promptly if there is any change to an arrangement we have made with you, and be given clear reasons for the change
- Your complaints and observations will receive a prompt and constructive response
- You will be made aware of any relationships with other organisations
- We will comply with current Data Protection legislation
- We will do all we can to offer fair and equal service to all
We request that
- You explain as clearly as possible what you require from our service
- You provide us with your name, address and if possible a contact phone number when asking for information or making an appointment to see our staff
