Guidance Notes for Employers/Business Employees

As an employer you have the option to enrol yourself or your employees on a course or training programme. If you are supporting an employee financially or via time-off to undertake training, your employee can also follow this process or follow that detailed in our Adults Section.

Step 1- Ask for Information & Training Needs Analysis

Go to our Employers/Training 4 Business website to find out about the courses and services available to Employers. If you require a printed version of our Employers / Training 4 Business Guide or our Adult Course Guide to be sent to you, please request a copy via our Contact Us – Request a Brochure Form.

We can offer you a free training needs analysis or help provide you with more information and advice on finding skills development or other training which meets the skills or personal development needs of you or your employees. We can also access any available funding that you may be eligible for on your behalf.

Please feel free to telephone Training 4 Business on 0845 207 8216 for a personal and friendly response to your training queries.

Step 2 - Complete & Post Your Application Form

We encourage you or your employees to apply for a course as early as possible.

In-Company - Tailored Programmes
If you require a tailored or 'in-company' programme for your staff you do not need to complete the general application or reservation forms. We will work with you to develop a tailor-made programme. Please contact us for more details.
